In the pursuit of a career, or having to take care of so many people around them, many women have disconnected from their feminine essence and their personal presence without realising it. This affects everything. From being able to attract and keep a passionate lasting love, the state of our health, fulfillment in our work, and to the unfortunate situation of women competing against women everywhere.

The Feminine Essence lives inside every woman. It’s an energetic, empowering, and magnetic quality that has nothing to do with the way you look on the outside. When a woman embodies her feminine essence she does not need to project a powerful persona to attract the respect and attention she wants. She becomes attractive, radiant, sensual, and grounded.
What is PRESENCE?
There are women who walk into a room and are noticed by many. They have an air of confidence about them that is attractive. There are others who frequently comment that "no one remembers I was even there." One has 'presence,' one does not. Presence makes people feel more attracted to you, and trusting of you.

I’ve begun to feel and see the differences between being in my womb space, in my feminine self and being in my head space. Being “masculine” has such vastly different consequences and responses. My feminine is now so much stronger – when I’m in my feminine self I am relieved of that awful anxiety, I can be real and genuine. Being in womb space and listening to others, being present without “fixing” was truly enlightening. By being truly listened to, I realise we are each able to “fix” ourselves, purely by being able to talk from the womb, without interruption – what a revelation. Thank you! I felt totally listened to and appreciated.
Today showed me many things about space, sharing, listening, speaking and the joy of sisters. Regardless of age, background or personal history there is much to learn and especially appreciate about being a woman.
Being with Brenda in a safe and beautiful space she created allowed me to be present to who I am, who I am for others and myself.
This journey we, as a group of women, took today was a beautiful, loving and kind, revealing our truths, our beliefs and what is important for us as we journey our life.

The Art of Feminine Presence is not about being a feminist!! When asked by my family “what am I doing today” I just said yoga!!
Being in your womb space is profound and has benefits for not only yourself but others. We all want to feel connected ad engaged heard and listened to and this is what the Art of Feminine Presence teaches you. It can enhance your relationships and interactions, build respect and appreciation, calm and diffuse confrontational situations.
The simple AFP technique can help with so many situations. Being aware is the first step and like any new skill takes practice. I’m definitely going to practice this technique at home and at work – to honour myself and feel confident and “at home” in my body. The effects have to be felt to be relieved – so simple yet so effective!!
It also taught me to appreciate the masculine so we are not in battle.
The collective energy and love at Brenda’s AFP was just beautiful.
Today has been like a gift I have given myself of self-nurturing and care. It has been a safe space for me to explore how I can create healthy energetic boundaries for myself and stay in my power and femininity no matter what I’m facing in the “real” world.
I highly recommend Brenda’s AFP training to any woman who has not yet discovered how to live in her feminine strength and magnetic presence.
I wasn’t quite sure what the “Art of Feminine Presence” was about. The activities were really poignant as they enabled me to shift my thinking and I felt myself calm over the day over a certain issue. I came with the intention I wanted to let go of an issue that has been plaguing me the last few weeks. Through the activities, others talk and reflection, I realised the answer is very simple. Letting go means forgiveness and moving on. Not dwelling, changing my emotional focus and allowing myself to not feel I have to control the situation, be in charge or hold the other people’s care. This is profound for me, as I tend to hold others issues and carry the weight of their actions – it is significant, unburdening and freeing to have such a profound realisation and breakthrough.
I am on the journey, one step further to stepping out of my head space into my womb space where I am no longer governed by other people, what they might think of me or what i think they might think of me. It is a cathartic release.
I started the session full of frustration and anger that had been building upon me for some time. Anger with the world as it is right now, and frustration with not feeling heard or listened to.
The work we did throughout the day turned all that on its head. I learnt techniques to look inward and draw on my inner and even feminine strength to deal with the issues going on outside me. By learning techniques that control my own reactions to situations it is instead possible to exercise some influence on how people may react back to me. On a practical level I can use this to deal with a male dominated workplace, and perhaps even take some small steps to change the behaviours of others towards me.

Thank you again for the day on Saturday. What an amazing experience and very grateful you gave me the gentle suggestion that I might be in tune with it. All the ladies are absolutely lovely and delightful, chief among them Nelly. What a very special lady she is! In our observations (when we were walking around) I kept noticing her in one of the walks where she was bright, bubbly, happy and smiling from her very sparkly eyes. So comfortable in her own skin and a way of ‘being’ that all of us can aspire to be.
I did my Woollies shopping yesterday walking around very conscious of being in womb space. I noticed I slowed down and walked with MUCH better posture than my usual hunched and harried physical and mental demeanour. And I made better food choices too! I felt super conscious of making healthy choices, so perhaps reaching for the chocolate (when it’s on sale) or a pair of cream donuts (a weakness) is a result of being caught up in a head bubble.
For the rest of the day as well I felt very calm and centred, well except when I was trying to figure out how to use a plug-in to create a photo carousel on my website. But apart from that got through the day, ticked off things from my list, and cooked some healthy meals too.
I will come to the one on the 6th June and will add it to my budget spreadsheet to pay at the beginning of May (if that works OK for you?). And perhaps being able to tap into womb space will be a benefit on the cleanse next month too. Feel like a shift is happening in 2020!
