The Language of the Body


One of the opportunities that comes from tackling your health issues is personal growth.  It is my belief that our symptoms tell us something about how successfully we’re managing our life.  Symptoms represent something out of balance.  The further we get away from balance, the sicker we get and the longer the journey back to well being.

What if we took the time to explore what our symptoms are trying to tell us?  What if our symptoms were a kind of language, guiding us on how to get back to harmony?  I believe they are, we just need to take the time to listen, pay attention and do something about it.  Our transformation is in our hands.  X
