Raw Food
I’m not really a fan of a total raw food diet but I do encourage patients to ensure they eat raw food each day. It’s not that hard – an apple or other piece of fruit, a salad with dinner or lunch, a freshly squeezed juice (bottled doesn’t count!) or, if you’re really keen, learn a few raw food recipes and give them a go! Be adventurous in your food choices this week.
