The 5 Steps program is an intelligent weight loss program that targets the underlying physical issues contributing to you being overweight. Once identified, we then correct these issues using a holistic health methodology. At the core of this methodology is an emphasis on regaining healthy biochemistry so your body rebalances naturally. We do not advocate calorie restrictive dieting.

How does it work?

The 5 steps are designed to work together to optimise your body and your brain’s biochemistry. Starting with the simplest, each step builds on the one before it. The 5 steps are: Purifying, Harmonising, Calming, Uplifting and Nourishing:

Step 1 Purify

A clean body is a healthy body so in this step we detoxify the liver and gut to cleanse the body of wastes. Constipation is corrected, bowel flora is normalized, heavy metals are removed and the liver is prepared for future fat loss.

Each step is for everyone, however, anyone who is overweight and who also has constipation, acne, headaches, difficulty losing weight or candida particularly needs purification.

Step 2 Harmonise

Unhealthy hormones are a real barrier to successful weight release. Low thyroid function for example can undermine all your best intentions. In this step we use herbs and natural hormone balancers to restore harmony to your body.

Step 3 Calm

Step 4 Uplift

Our behaviour is often dictated by our moods, so optimising our brain chemistry is essential for consistent, healthy eating. Dopamine and serotonin are particularly important for giving us the drive and motivation to make the effort to take good care of ourselves.

Step 5 Nourish

Our food is depleted and our environment is toxic. Both these conditions lead to an extra demand for nutrients. As they are essential for optimal cellular function this step is critical for regaining your natural weight. In this step we educate you on how to create and maintain eating habits that maximise nutrient density. Through education, recipes and organisation skills you are supported to reclaim your kitchen and reclaim your weight.

Each step is for everyone, however, anyone who is overweight and who has a poor understanding of nutrition or who lacks planning and organisational skills to consistently eat well particularly needs nourishing.
