The best evidence of a healthy diet is generations and generations of healthy members of a community. Traditional peoples from all over the world are our inspiration for what constitutes a healthy diet. All cultures chose nutrient density in farming, food choices and food preparation.

What are nutrient dense foods?

The term “nutrient-dense” refers to the density of nutrients in a food, adjusted for bioavailability since nutrients are essentially worthless if they aren’t absorbed and utilized. — WAPF

Nutrient-dense foods support optimal health by provide the body with the nutrients it needs to function properly. Examples include animal foods, organ meats and fermented dairy products.

What is optimal health?

Optimal health is... perfect dental health (no cavities and naturally straight teeth) and perfect overall health (resistance to both infectious and chronic disease), good fertility and ease of child birth

Brenda is a health professional with over 30 years corporate and clinical experience. She's a credentialed life coach with multiple coaching qualifications and over 20 years experience. Brenda is a GAPS practitioner who studied with Dr Natasha Campbell-McBride; an Earth medicine advocate and member of the governing body for Estuary Learning; a chapter leader for the international nutrition organisation, The Weston A Price Foundation.
