Learn how to eat from your heart, not from your mind!

Being healthy isn't easy! I know because I've been helping people become healthy for over 30 years.

I've found the major key to success to be...

Getting your eating on track from a place of self-kindness (not hate),

AND staying on track because you love and respect yourself (not because there's something wrong with you!).

Introducing the Well-Nourished Woman
Membership Program

"A well-nourished woman is in tune with her body, alert to it's nuances,
and treats it with loving kindness."

From: Brenda Rogers
To: Women feeling disconnected from their bodies, stuck in illness or unhealthy weight struggles

Welcome friend,

If you're reading this then you too have spent a lot of time thinking about food - food and health, food and weight, food and illness or dis-ease!

It's so difficult and frustrating to get the intelligent answers you need!

Here's the thing... food is complex. It has so many associations that make change difficult. And, so many vested interests influencing your behaviours.

It's impossible to do it on your own, but who do you trust to help you deep dive into your mind, body and spirit complexities?

Is it thyroid? Is it my liver? Is it adrenal fatigue? Is it auto-immune? Is it emotional? Is it hormonal? Is it genetic? Is it my childhood?

So many questions!

Congratulations! Being guided here is the first step to success.

Getting the answers to your questions, and knowing what action to take next, are the building blocks of successful self-care.

And if you can find an experienced partner to help guide you, build your kitchen competency and self-care skills, plus help you find the right tools, then you can exponentially accelerate your success.

Enter the Well-Nourished Woman membership.

A few years ago I decided to help women like you make food your friend, rather than the enemy! I want you to be treated with intelligence and respect, not just thrown a diet sheet. I want to help you become a kitchen goddess and choose to take better care of yourself from a place of kindness rather than criticism and self-loathing.

After all, it really is your choice.

From that time, I have seen so much transformation. So many women have changed their unhelpful thoughts and healed so many emotional wounds.

This membership program is designed for women who are sick of others telling them what to do with their bodies and ready to start doing what their inner guidance suggests starting with a nourishing diet that creates vitality, balance and and easier relationship to food.

You're probably thinking, "Oh yeah, how much is it going to cost me?"

Normally for wellness advice you pay anywhere between $1000 to multiple thousands per month on consultations and supplements.

The problem with that is, as soon as you want to ask a simple question or check in on something that's bothering you, you have to pay even more - or you could ask Dr Google and someone at the health food store, but you never know the quality of the answers you're going to get.

My Well-Nourished Woman Membership will require nowhere near that level of financial investment on your part.

If you'd like to be a Pre-Launch Member and join the newest cutting-edge resource for "Becoming a Well-Nourished Woman" then you'll want to keep reading this letter.

But First Let Me Be Super Clear...

This Membership IS NOT for everyone!

In fact, this next generation mode of wellness coaching, nutrition training and heart-centred healing might not even be for you?

This Membership is ONLY for 4 types of people:

  1. Women impacted by societal pressures around body image who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, or have developed an unhealthy relationship with food which has contributed to weight gain and other health issues.
  2. Women whose lack of self-love has contributed to unhealthy habits, such as emotional eating or neglecting self-care, again resulting in weight gain and overall health deterioration.
  3. Women with underlying medical conditions and hormonal imbalances impacting her weight and overall health. Conditions such as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) or thyroid disorders can respond well to lifestyle medicine if you're ready to make changes.
  4. People who understand the value of investing in themselves and know a great opportunity when they see it and are willing to show up. Webinar attendance is highly encouraged and a commitment of 80% is suggested if results are to be expected.

If you aren't one of these types of people then unfortunately this Membership is likely not for you.

However, if I described you, then I’m excited to invite you to apply to be a pre-launch member of the Well-Nourished Woman Membership program.

Testimonials...

I never knew eating more fat would help me lose weight! Go figure!

Ellen Mackenzie

My cravings always did me in. I can't thank you enough for helping me see what was missing in my diet that made me hungry all the time. Priceless!"

Sanjay K

I am so sick of dieting. I just wanted to be a normal eater, not someone who was either on a diet or off a diet. Eating wisely and well-nourished changed everything for me.

Jane Franklin

I wasn't interested in taking supplements. I wanted to get healthier through food alone. It was harder than I thought so I'm grateful for your ongoing support to keep me on track.

Briana Jones

My hot flushes were just about doing me in! I had no idea that a change as small as drinking more water would make such a difference. So grateful!

Tanya Ellington

I don't think my mother ever taught me how to cook properly. I was always sent to study so I could get a good education. But then when I left, I couldn't look after myself properly. Thanks for being my new mum!

Cherrie Lee

Are you confused about what to eat?

Do you find it difficult to navigate the conflicting claims for different diet plans? Unfortunately, these dietary plans share little with the way healthy humans have eaten for thousands of years.

We can look to the diets of healthy traditional humans for the answer to the question, "What is a healthy diet?"

Everything that traditional peoples did with their food resulted in the maximisation of nutrients—from their agricultural practices, to their food choices, to their preparation techniques.

We can do the same with our modern diets—it just requires care in purchasing our foods and attention to detail when we prepare them.

Applying these principles to your food choices has many rewards. Many feel more satisfied and healthier eating this way.

So, what is a healthy diet?

Healthy diets are [there are many]...

...the diets of healthy non-industrialised peoples throughout the world adapted to our modern world.                        — WAPF

The best evidence of a healthy diet is generations and generations of healthy members of a community. Traditional peoples from all over the world are our inspiration for what constitutes a healthy diet. All cultures chose nutrient density in farming, food choices and food preparation.

What are nutrient dense foods?

The term “nutrient-dense” refers to the density of nutrients in a food, adjusted for bioavailability since nutrients are essentially worthless if they aren’t absorbed and utilized. — WAPF

Nutrient-dense foods support optimal health by provide the body with the nutrients it needs to function properly. Examples include animal foods, organ meats and fermented dairy products.

What is optimal health?

Optimal health is... perfect dental health (no cavities and naturally straight teeth) and perfect overall health (resistance to both infectious and chronic disease), good fertility and ease of child birth
