1 1/2 cups macadamia nuts soaked overnight
2/3 cup chopped coriander
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp paprika, dash cayenne or black pepper
Celtic sea salt to taste
Rinse nuts and place in the blender or food processor with all the rest of the ingredients. Add water if necessary to get the texture you want. Keeps 5-7 days. Makes 2 cups.
